Our turnaround time changes based on workload. We try our best to meet any scheduling issues you may have and offer a rush service if needed. On average expect 10 days minimum on amps and 2 days on guitars. You can always use out Repair Tracker app to see the status of your repair as well.
Our rate is $75 / hr for electronic work. We bill per 15 minutes after the first hour. Our parts are competitively prices with other national carriers and we do not markup special order items purchased from third party suppliers if we are unable to source the part directly.
As of January 1st 2021 we had to start charging deposits. The deposit is for the items first hour / diagnosis fee and this will be applied to the final bill. This helps us eliminate abandoned gear, gear too costly to repair, and well honestly - people not willing to pay a fair price for a skilled repair.
Yes. Any reputable shop should! We offer a 90 days warranty on all repairs related to the original fault. As long as the defect is not a new issue or user damage, we gladly stand behind our work. We never repair with used parts or B stock items so all manufacturer warranty applies on parts.

New York state wildlife expert Richard Thomas found that a woodchuck could (and does) chuck around 35 cubic feet of dirt in the course of digging a burrow. Thomas reasoned that if a woodchuck could chuck wood, he would chuck an amount equivalent to the weight of the dirt, or 700 pounds.
